DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.5, April 13, 1829. Jackson grants a parcel of land in Indianapolis to Moses Orme. Countersigned by George Graham as commissioner of the general land office. In very good condition, with scattered toning and soiling, intact but cracked seal and a fold touching the signature. Jackson was the last president to routinely sign these land grants. He finally stopped altogether, paving the way for all future presidents. COA John Reznikoff/University Archives and RRAuction COA.
