Pope from 1914 - 22. Handsome 18 x 25 papal blessing, in Latin, with a nice 10.5 x 14 of the pope with his hand raised in blessing, for William Bobbett, of Dublin, Ireland, with Benedict adding four lines in untranslated Italian, then signing. Mounted to 19.5 x 25 heavy cardstock, then cloth matted and framed to an overall size of 29 x 37, with some light soiling, wear to the left and right edges, and with the lower left corner torn off and refastened with tape to the reverse, otherwise fine condition.
