Stunning matte-finish 9.25 x 11.25 formal photo of Grace and Price Rainier, signed in the lower border in fountain pen, 'Grace de Monaco,' and also nicely signed by Rainier. In fine condition, with a couple trivial edge dings and some light spotting over small portion of right side. Accompanying the photo is a a 12 x 1.5 swatch of lace from Grace's wedding gown worn in her 1956 wedding to Rainier. This swatch was given to Rose La Belle by Edith Rose, head of the wardrobe department of MGM Studios and the dress designer. Accompanied by a 1996 letter of provenance from La Belle stating she received the swatch from Head. Also accompanied by the photo's original mailing envelope, postmarked September 10, 1973 and addressed to La Belle. RRAuction COA.
