It shows off Webb and his friend Lord Clarendon...well. Still the...article could not finish it without displaying that profound ignorance...as the course of Englishmen when they...the diplomatic affairs, any affairs indeed of this Country. I have often asked myself whether the same ignorance...with respect to the concerns of other countries.'
