Vintage sepia 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen 'To Dr. A. A. Samorini, Best wishes, Houdini, Oct. 16, 1926.' Houdini was in Schenectady New York on October 16, and signed this photo for the noted Schenectady physician. Three days later, he was in Montreal where he received a blow that led to streptococcus peritonitis, which took his life on October 31. In fine condition, with a few scattered light surface marks.
