Playbill cover for the Ethel Barrymore Theatre's presentation of The West Side Waltz, nicely signed in black ink by Hepburn. Cover is mounted to a 9 x 12 piece of cardboard, along with a handwritten letter of provenance stating that the signature was acquired through the mail, care of the Barrymore Theatre. A portion of the original mailing envelope from the theatre is affixed to the reverse. In fine condition. RRAuction COA.
