Mailing envelope, 5.5 x 3, addressed in Lee's hand to 'Gen. Fitz Lee, Richmond Mills, P. A., Stafford County, Virginia.' Lee makes another small notation to the lower left corner. In fine condition, with scattered light toning and soiling, repair to paper loss on top edge of envelope and clear bold writing. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from University Archives' John Reznikoff.
