Collection of 1960s memorabilia from Liverpool’s famed underground music venue, the Cavern Club. The lot, which contains 19 items, consists of: a compliments slip; a promotional card for the band Signs; a Christmas card from 1964; a group of five membership application forms from 1964-1966, two of which have been completed in ballpoint; a pair of junior membership application forms; five sheets of unused 8 x 10 letterhead; three newsletters from 1964; and an 8.5 x 13.5 handbill for ‘A Fabulous All Nighter’ featuring a performance by Long John Baldry on July 24th, and listing Rod Stewart. In overall fine condition, with some wear and creases. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
