Constructed as a layered wall-mounted display within a wood frame, the oversized sign measures 59˝ x 62˝ and features the company's iconic bluebird logo rendered in overlapping translucent circles, a beautiful interpretation of one of the most recognizable corporate logos of the social media era. Opened in 2011, Twitter's headquarters at 1355 Market Street in San Francisco served as the company's global home during its years of rapid growth into one of the world's leading social media platforms. Displayed on the building's 9th floor, this custom sign formed part of the office's distinctive interior branding until Twitter's acquisition by Elon Musk in 2022 and the company's subsequent rebranding as X. The San Francisco headquarters was later vacated. Original office display pieces from Twitter's corporate headquarters are seldom encountered.
