Fantastic group of seven production drawings from a variety of Walt Disney films from the 1930s and 1940s, including:

Mickey Mouse production drawing from The Klondike Kid
(Walt Disney Studios, 1932) Original production drawing of Mickey Mouse from The Klondike Kid, which shows remnants of a broken barrel hanging from Mickey as he begins his pursuit of Pete and the captured Minnie. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 9.5 animation paper, marked in the lower right corner, "109." Image measures 3 x 2.5. In fine condition.

Donald Duck production drawing from The Dognapper
(Walt Disney Studios, 1934) Original production drawing featuring Donald Duck from The Dognapper, showing him dressed as a policeman. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 9.5 animation paper. Image measures 2.75 x 4. In fine condition. The Dognapper was Donald's third film and was the first adventure story to feature both Mickey and Donald.

Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 9.5 animation paper, which is marked "39." Image measures 4.5 x 4.25, with a mat opening of 11.5 x 8.25. Triple-matted to an overall size of 17 x 14. In fine condition.

Mickey Mouse production drawing from Mickey’s Rival
(Walt Disney Studios, 1936) Original production drawing featuring Mickey Mouse from Mickey’s Rival, showing him with a picnic blanket at his feet after it had been used as a matador's cape. An annotation on the right side points to the buttons on his pants, and reads: "Put Xs on only, leave buttons off front of pants." Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper. Image measures 3.25 x 3.25. In fine condition. Early on in the cartoon Mickey's rival, Mortimer Mouse, plucked the buttons off the front of his trousers, thus the interesting annotation added here.

Goofy production drawing from Goofy and Wilbur
(Walt Disney Studios, 1939) Original production drawing featuring Goofy from Goofy and Wilbur, his first solo starring role, showing the famous dog hollering to his grasshopper fishing pal: 'Bring me back a big fat one, Wilbur!' Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper, marked "151" in the lower right corner. Image measures 5 x 3.5. In fine condition.

Timothy Q. Mouse production drawings from Dumbo
(Walt Disney Studios, 1941) Original production drawings featuring Timothy Q. Mouse from Dumbo, showing him dressed in his circus uniform in two different poses. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed animation paper, one sheet measuring 12 x 10 and the other measuring 15.5 x 12.5, both with studio stamps and annotations at the bottom. Images measure 4.5 x 4.5 and 5 x 4. In fine condition. From the archives of Elmer Plummer, a painter and animation artist who worked at Warner Bros. and Disney in the 1930s and 1940s.
