Original vintage glossy 6 x 8 news service photograph of Al Capone posing with his hand resting beneath his chin inside a courthouse during his 1931 income tax evasion trial, dated on the reverse to October 8, 1931. The reverse bears an International Newsreel stamp, an affixed typed caption, and a date stamp. In fine condition, with light edge rippling. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic “Type III” photograph dating to 1931.
