Commemorative pewter plate honoring the USS Sequoia, the former presidential yacht used during the administrations of Herbert Hoover through Jimmy Carter. The plate, 11˝ in diameter, bears the presidential seal in relief to the center, with the rim engraved: “Presidential Yacht, Sequoia.” The underside bears the backmark of Wilton Columbia Pewter of Columbia, Pennsylvania. In fine condition.
