Official NASA ‘Saturn’ post-launch report for the Skylab 4 mission entitled “Saturn IB Launch Vehicle Flight Evaluation Report-SA-208, Skylab-4” (MPR-SAT-FE-74-1), approximately 215 pages, 8 x 10.5, dated January 31, 1974, and prepared by the Saturn Flight Evaluation Working Group. The report contains 17 sections: Introduction; Event Times; Launch Operations; Trajectory; S-IVB/IU Deorbit Trajectory; S-IB Propulsion; S-IVB Propulsion; Structures; Guidance and Navigation; Control and Separation; Electrical Networks and Emergency Detection System; Vehicle Pressure and Acoustic Environment; Vehicle Thermal Environment; Environmental Control Systems; Data Systems; Mass Characteristics; and Spacecraft Summary. The opening abstract reads: “The Saturn IB, SA-208 Launch Vehicle was launched on November 16, 1973, from Kennedy Space Center and placed the Command and Service Module containing three crew members into a 150.10 x 227.08 km altitude earth orbit. No anomalies occurred that seriously affected the mission.” In fine condition, with a sliced crease to the front cover.
