Three original 7 x 4 stereoview photographs of Bannock-Shoshone Indian views mounted on William Henry Jackson's "Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey" cards as part of the "Rocky Mountain Series" published by E. & H. T. Anthony & Co. of New York. Includes views of "Bannock Indians" beside their stick and grass lodge, with tipis in the distance; a Bannock family and papoose in cradle in front of their tipi, one of them wrapped in a traditional blanket; and the "War Chief's Tent" amidst an encampment nestled in the hills. In overall fine condition.
