Apollo Command Module (Block II) Very High Frequency Recovery Beacon manufactured by Collins, measuring approximately 6.5˝ x 4˝ x 4˝ with the parts label on the side obliterated. The unit is labeled "C28-1A112” on the top, and features connectors “J1” and “J2.” In very good to fine condition. This desirable recovery beacon was designed to be used post-splashdown, to assist the recovery force with locating the Command Module if not visually sighted.
