Original vintage glossy 8 x 10 UPI photo of crime boss Al Capone seated in a Chicago courthouse circa 1931. The reverse bears an affixed “UPI/Bettmann” label and a photocopied caption dated February 25, 1931. In fine condition, with a clipped lower left corner tip. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic 'Type II' photograph, circa 1980s.
