Truman: a TLS to Charter Heslep, dated April 15, 1959, regarding libraries and educational programs; and a program for the "23rd Anniversary of Athelstan Lodge No. 182," featuring a portrait of Truman as Grand Master of Missouri, signed and inscribed in black ballpoint. In very good to fine condition, with tack holes to the program.
