Scarce unissued specimen stock certificate for The Walt Disney Company, one page, 12 x 8, dated 2003, numbered “ZQ+5” and marked “VOID,” featuring the pre-printed facsimile signatures of Chairman of the Board Michael Eisner and Secretary Marsha L. Reed. The upper portion of the certificate bears an engraved portrait of Walt Disney between colorful images of several iconic Disney characters, such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo, Pinocchio, and Cinderella.
