Collection of 21 backstage passes for various rock and roll tours from the personal collection of Susie Davis, a keyboard player who toured with legendary artists such as Prince, Mick Jagger, Billy Idol, Van Morrison, Sinead O'Connor, Sheila E., and many others. The collection, consisting mostly of sticker passes, include the following events and/or musical artists: Paul McCartney, U2, Lou Reed, Santana, Joe Satriani, Gregg Allman, Jeff Buckley, Billy Idol (2), Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, John Mellencamp, David Byrne, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Indigo Girls (2), K. D. Lang, Larry Carlton, Midnight Oil, Boz Scaggs, Dave Stewart, and the 1986 Montreal International Jazz Festival. Includes two invitations from: The Pretenders (April Fool’s Day Party at the Limelight nightclub in New York City on April 1, 1987); and the Thompson Twins (Big Trash Party at London’s Cobden Working Men's Club on October 5, 1989. In overall fine condition, with some of the passes used or partially used.
