Original sketch by cartoonist Oscar Berger, which depicts author H. G. Wells as ‘the man in the moon,' accomplished in pencil on an off-white 8 x 8.25 sheet, which is signed below by the artist, “Berger,” and by the subject, “Seen & approved, H. G. Wells.” In very good to fine condition, with paper loss to the top corners, and a horizontal fold across the bottom. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
