Silver-plated mortar shell casing fired as part of a tribute to the late President John F. Kennedy, measuring 4.25˝ in diameter and 6˝ tall, with engraved plaque, reading: "Fired in honor of the late John F. Kennedy, 35th President of the United States, Assassinated 22 November 1963, Fired by Squad led by Sgt. Albert George." Mounted on a wooden base and in very good to fine condition, with moderate tarnishing.
