Two signed letters: an LS in Spanish, signed “Alfonso RH,” one black-bordered page, 9 x 14, September 25, 1905, being an official letter of state regarding a death, in part (translated), "I celebrate the sad anniversary of the death of our very beloved aunt, Her Royal Highness, the most serene lady"; and an LS in Spanish, signed "Alfonso RH," one page, 9.5 x 13.5, June 29, 1908, being a n official letter of state regarding the Queen giving birth to Infante Jaime, Duke of Segovia, the second son of King Alfonso XIII of Spain, who was born just days earlier, in part (translated), "I fulfill the grateful duty of informing you that my very beloved and distressed wife, Her Majesty the Queen, has given birth." In overall fine condition.
