From the personal collection of Apollo 15 CMP Al Worden—a flown fabric flag of Cyprus, 6 x 4.25, carried into lunar orbit on the Apollo 15 Command Module 'Endeavour,' signed and flight-certified in black ballpoint, "Flown to the Moon on Apollo 15, Al Worden, CMP." In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance signed by Worden, in part: "I hereby certify that this flag from Cyprus included with this letter went to the moon aboard Apollo 15 in the spacecraft 'Endeavour.' It remained in the command module during the lunar orbit phase of the flight."
