Double-sided cue card attested as being flown during the Skylab 4 mission, 5.75 x 8, marked in the upper margin, “Skylab 10/19/72,” with the front and back sides headed “Entry” and “Power Loss - Entry,” respectively. The reverse bears four affixed Velcro swatches. In fine condition. Accompanied by a copy of a typed letter from Skylab 4 Science Pilot Ed Gibson, dated November 14, 1992, forwarding several items to the recipient, including “some queue cards that flew on Skylab.”
