Original World War II-era color 20 x 28 poster featuring dramatic artwork by Henry Koerner showing a frying pan pouring grease over a dozen American munitions, reading: "Save waste fats for explosives, take them to your meat dealer." Published in 1943 by the Office of War Information (OWI Poster No. 63). In very good to fine condition, with standard folds and some adhesive staining to the borders. An unusual poster encouraging conservation and recycling as part of the homefront's war effort.
