Hardcover bound in beige cloth stamped in terra cotta and black, with second printing dust jacket (with "$2.00" on front flap), 5 x 7.5, 186 pages. Points of issue include "and only moved because the heavy hands were pendula" on page 9, and a bullet between the numbers on page 88. Book condition: VG/VG-, with the jacket's spine chipped and darkened.
