Two DSs, both signed “James Stewart,” both one page, 8.5 x 10.25 and 8.5 x 11.75, July 11, 1955, and June 22, 1961. The earlier document relates to changes in an employment agreement between Stewart and Paramount Pictures, regarding his contract with the movie Strategic Air Command; and the second document relates to amendments made for the film The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, with one section related to the principal photography and “the starting dates for James Stewart and John Wayne.” Both are signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Stewart. In overall very good to fine condition, with a couple of short edge tears, and heavy fading and toning, not affecting either signature.
