Uncommon ‘National Olympic Committee’ badge issued for the Cortina 1956 Winter Olympics, 37 gm, 40 mm x 49 mm, featuring an enameled design of the Winter Olympics logo set on a yellow background with the upper blue banner marked in gold “C. N. O.” The reverse is marked, “C. O. N. I., Mod. Depositato, Stabilimenti Artistici Fiorentini.” Includes its rare original brown leather presentation case. A scarce badge from the 1956 Winter Olympics — only 70 of these badges were issued.
