Victorian 13th Hussars officer's silver flap pouch and cross leather belt, featuring a fine silver (not hallmarked) front flap pouch, 7˝ x 1.75˝ x 2.75˝, with gilt metal crowned ‘VR’ cipher and its black leather pouch with securing flap. Complete with the original brown leather cross belt, approximately measuring 42˝ in length, with silver furniture bearing the hallmarks of the noted British silversmith company Bent & Parker. Ornamentation features place names of the regiment’s battle honors: Sevastopol, Balaklava, Inkerman, Peninsula, Waterloo, and Alma. In very good to fine condition.
