Crosby, Stills & Nash drummer Joe Vitale's stage-used drum sticks from the 25th Anniversary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concert held at Madison Square Garden on October 29, 2009, signed in black felt tip, "Joe Vitale, CSN & Friends, Madison Sq Gardens H of F 25th." The drum sticks are marked "Vic Firth, Hickory American Classic, 55A," and exhibit extensive evidence of use and wear, including chips and cracks toward the tips.
At the 25th Anniversary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concerts held on October 29–30, 2009, at Madison Square Garden, Crosby, Stills & Nash headlined one of the eight segments celebrating Hall of Fame inductees. Their set featured 'Woodstock,' 'Marrakesh Express,' and 'Almost Cut My Hair,' followed by Crosby/Nash collaborations with Bonnie Raitt on 'Love Has No Pride,' Jackson Browne on 'The Pretender,' and James Taylor on 'Mexico.' The full trio, joined by Raitt, Browne, and Taylor, closed their segment with a rendition of 'Teach Your Children,' highlighting the collaborative spirit of the event.
