Collection of Apple Computer investment documents containing material sent to share-holding employees of the company’s stock between the years 1982 and 1988. The lot includes: two stapled Apple Computer prospectus packets from June 6, 1982, and August 1, 1983; four Apple Computer ‘Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders’ booklets from January 29, 1986 (2), and January 27, 1988 (2); two Apple Computer Annual Report booklets from 1987; a two-page form letter from Apple Computer dated April 25, 1983, sent to “Apple Option Holders” regarding the implementation of “a new program with The Bank of San Francisco to enable Apple employees who wish to exercise stock options to complete simultaneous exercise/sale”; form letters from 1985 sent to “Apple Stock Option Holders” regarding the repricing of outstanding stock options; and other notification mail regarding stock options and packages. All signatures therein are printed facsimiles. In overall fine condition, with rusting to staples. Accompanied by two original mailing envelopes.
