C. Handy's ‘The ‘St. Louis Blues,’’ 9 x 4.25, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Mr. H. C. Osgood, with my best wishes, W. C. Handy, 3/25/27.” In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and several vertical folds. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
