Eminent Viennese composer (1825–1899) known as the 'Waltz King,' who is remembered for such classics as 'The Beautiful Blue Danube' and the 'Emperor Waltz,' and for the operetta staple, 'Die Fledermaus.' Large and bold ink signature, "Johann Strauss,” on an off-white 4.75 x 2.25 slip. In fine condition. Encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA as “MINT 9.”
