Volunteer participation medals issued for the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics. Both bronze, 60 mm, 94 gm. The fronts feature the Olympic motto “Citius Altius Fortius,” with a raised depiction of the LA Coliseum above crossed laurel branches; the reverse shows the official logo above Olympic rings with the text, “Los Angeles 1984, XXIII Olympiad.” Each includes its original blue velvet presentation case.
