Two souvenir metal car license plates related to the 1960 Winter Olympics: a color 10 x 4.75 souvenir plate with an image of a sparing ski jumper to the left and bold text to the right side: “1960 Winter Olympics, Squaw Valley, California”; and a color 12 x 6 souvenir plate produced for Reno, Nevada’s bid for the VIII Olympic Winter Games, which shows a skier under a large “RENO” banner with waving Olympic rings flag and large blue lettering to the right: “Gateway to 1960 Winter Olympics.” Both plates bear mounting holes. In overall fine condition.
