Certificate issued to Fenwick Smith for "a claim for Services on the Vasques Campaign amounting to Thirty one 50/100 Dollars." Signed at the conclusion in ink by the auditor. Nicely matted and framed to an overall size of 22.5 x 18.5. In fine condition.
