The cel is placed on a matching lithographic background. Image measures 5.5 x 4.25, with a mat opening of 16 x 13. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 23.75 x 20.75. The piece has the Walter Lantz Productions seal to the lower right. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity with matching edition number.
