The cel is placed on a 'The Magic of Disney Animation' background with printed sketches of Disney landmarks. The image measures 4.25 x 5.5, with overall dimensions of 13 x 10.5. The piece has a blue 'Millennium Celebration' seal to lower left. In fine condition.
