The official Parker 'bill signer' pen measures 5.25″ long and features a navy-blue plastic barrel bearing a silver facsimile signature and a silver-tone cap section. Mounted and cloth-matted and framed with its original presentation box and cover, which bears a preprinted signature, and a printed copy of the original signed statute to an overall size of 26 x 23. In fine condition, with wear to the frame, including a loose lower right corner. A desirable presidential piece that heralded the momentous celebration of the 200th anniversary of the United States of America.
