Original vintage glossy 3.5 x 2.5 silver print photograph of Chicago crime boss Al Capone working one end of a two-man saw with another sawyer, the wintry background of which shows three men, a stack of firewood, and a frozen lake; this photo may very well have been taken at Capone’s gangland hideout in Wisconsin's North woods near Couderay’s Chief Lake. The reverse is stamped “E22” and numbered in pencil, “69.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a signed auction certificate from Capone’s granddaughter, Barbara Mae Capone.
