Three scarce badges issued for the 1932 Los Angeles Olympic Games, all with ribbons absent, featuring variants in gold, silver, and bronze, 40 mm x 40 mm, 13 gm, manufactured by Whitehead & Hoag of Newark. The badges features the Olympics rings over a shield and laurel branch, with “Xth Olympiad Los Angeles” above, and engraved tablet below: the gold badge reads “Official”; the silver team chef de mission badge is numbered "53"; and the bronze athlete's badge is numbered "1112." A desirable group representing three badge types distributed to athletes and officials during the Los Angeles 1932 Summer Olympics.
