Rare official's badge issued for the 1932 Los Angeles Olympic Games. Bronze, 40 mm x 40 mm, 21 gm, manufactured by Whitehead & Hoag of Newark. The medallion features the Olympics rings over a shield and laurel branch, with “Xth Olympiad Los Angeles” above, and engraved tablet below, "Official." The badge is suspended from a bronze "Staff" bar with mustard-yellow ribbon marked "Shooting." The ribbon exhibits some fraying.
