(Spümcø, 1991) Awesome original production key master background set-up from Marooned, the ninth episode of the first season from The Ren & Stimpy Show, which aired on December 29, 1991. The scene depicts the two characters in their tent, with Ren sporting a large cratered lump on his head—after bumping into the moon—and Stimpy securely swaddled and strapped on his bed. The cels are placed on a terrific hand-painted production background from the same film, the lower border of which bears 1991 Nickelodeon stamps and is marked "RS05A" and "BG 54A." Character images measure 5.5 x 5 (Ren) and 10.75 x 7.5 (Stimpy in bed), with overall dimensions of 30.5 x 10.5. In fine condition.
