(Walt Disney Studios, 1974) Original double-sided storyboard drawing featuring Winnie the Pooh and Piglet from Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too, showing the pair of friends on their stroll through the forest. Both Pooh and Piglet are shown wearing scarves. Accomplished in ink on both sides of an off-white 6 x 4.5 sheet. Handsomely double-matted and framed to an overall size of 13.75 x 12.5, with a window in the backing for viewing the opposite side. In fine condition. Animation production artwork is rarely found in this double-sided format.
Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too is a 1974 American animated featurette based on the third chapter of Winnie-the-Pooh and the fourth and seventh chapters of The House at Pooh Corner by A. A. Milne. Winnie the Pooh is voiced by Sterling Holloway, and Piglet is voiced by John Fiedler. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.
