Outstanding matte-finish 6.5 x 9.5 photo of the bespectacled President Roosevelt in a stately pose, nicely signed in the lower border in ink as president, "Theodore Roosevelt, April 12th 1908." The image bears a 1907 Harris & Ewing copyright notice in the lower left. In fine condition, with faint silvering, and light rippling to the top from old mounting residue on the reverse. A sharp and well-composed portrait of the president, signed during his last full year in office. Encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA as "MINT 9."
