Color 10 x 12 magazine cover from the Rolling Stone issue of October 18, 1990, featuring a super-close-up portrait of Prince by photographer Jeff Katz, laminated onto a wooden 13 x 15 plaque by Plakman of New York. Includes a handwritten note by Katz on a 5 x 3 card, in full: "9/26/90, Hi Jill… we did it!! Jeff." In fine condition.
Prince's former co-manager Jill Willis recalls: "Rolling Stone sent me this plaque with a photo of Prince by Jeff Katz on the cover following the publication of the magazine. The accompanying note from Jeff was referencing the Rolling Stone cover."
