Warner Bros. Records media press kit for Prince's soundtrack for the 1989 film Batman, directed by Tim Burton. Originally, only the previously released songs '1999' and 'Baby I’m a Star' were slated to be used in the film; however, inspired by the film, Prince recorded an entire album of original material to be used by the film, including samples from the film’s dialogue. This soundtrack became Prince’s eleventh studio album. This media press kit includes two satin-finish 10 x 8 publicity photos: one of Prince, and the other featuring Jack Nicholson, Kim Basinger, and Michael Keaton. It also includes a four-page info packet and the original Warner Bros. folder, all in mint condition.
