Three wooden plaques deriving from the personal collection of Lieutenant General William P. Yarborough, including: a hand-painted 10″ x 13″ wall plaque featuring the insignia of the U.S. Forces Austria (USFA), with three officer names below: “Col. W. P. Yarborough, Col. C. S. D’Orsa, Lt. Col. J. S. Hardin”; a hand-painted desk plaque with Yarborough’s name, 26″ x 4.5″ x 2″, with affixed insignia representing the 7th Infantry Regiment; and an impressive hand-carved door or desk plaque for Yarborough, 33.5″ x 3.75″ x 3.5″, with affixed three-star rank insignia, as well as insignia related to the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and the United States Army Special Forces. In overall fine condition, with some scattered scuffs and marks.
