B581, Cont. No. NOW63-0050C." Also bears an orange label: "Polaris, Controlled Item, C46781." The central bracket also features a large Bendix warning label: "Caution—Do not store within 3 in. of another system for prolonged periods." Hardware associated with the Polaris project—the United States Navy's first SLBM—is rare.
