Stapled NASA manual entitled “Apollo 13 Photographic Data Package,” 8 x 10.5, December 1970, signed on the front cover in blue felt tip, “‘Ex Luna, Scientia,’ April 11-17, 1970, Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP.” Prepared by the National Space Science Data Center, this manual provides complete information on the photography taken during the Apollo 13 mission and is divided into three parts: Apollo 13 Lunar Photography Data Users’ Note, which contains a description of the photographic data; Apollo 13 Photography 70-mm and 16-mm Frame Indexes, containing supporting information, in index form, on all the mission photographs; and Apollo 13 Photographic Catalog, containing proof prints of the 70-mm photographs featuring the earth and moon.
